Go through assessment with Lilo, our friendly chatbot that will help us identify your symptoms, their severity and the type of experience you need help with the most based on industry-standard scales.
At the end of the assessment, you'll receive personalised suggestions on the most relevant group providing relevant resources, tools and support to help you heal from difficult experiences and learn coping skills.
TEvery week, join a group of 8 other veterans going through similar challenges, led by a licensed therapist. You'll receive insights after every session and skills-based practice to help you build your own toolkit for identifying triggers, learning how to ground yourself, manage stress and many others.
